At Shop Solve For C, we strive to ensure that every item you receive meets our high-quality standards. Each item that you order is made just for you when you place your order.  This method of production allows us to prevent overproduction and waste. This strategy and method inform our return policy.  Please familiarize yourself with our return and refund policy.  

Eligibility: 

All sales are final except for items meeting the requirements below: 

  • Returns are only accepted for items that are misprinted/damaged/defective.
  • Any request for return must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. 
  • To be eligible for a return, the items must show an image misprint or other printing error and/or show a manufacturing defect of the product. An item that is incorrectly sized from manufacturer mislabeling, meaning you ordered a large, but received a 3xl are also eligible for return.  
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. 

Non-Eligible Items: 

  • We do not accept returns/refunds for items that do not meet the above eligibility criteria. 
  • Items are not eligible for return due to buyer's remorse, customer misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.  
  • We do not offer exchanges. Please thoroughly review the sizing charts listed in each product description to ensure that you are purchasing the correct size.  
  • Please note computer monitors, cell phones, and tablets, all have different resolutions, and colors on your actual product may look different than on the actual product that is received.  

 

Return Process: 

  • If you believe your item has a manufacturing or printing defect, please contact us at hello@shopsolve4c.com within 10 days of receiving your order. 
  • Provide your order number and a clear description of the defect along with supporting photos.  
  • Our customer service team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed with the return if deemed eligible. Please do not attempt to initiate a return of any merchandise without contacting hello@shopsolve4c.com and receiving instructions on how to proceed. If an item is mailed without following the procedure above, your return will be ineligible for a refund or replacement.  

 

Refund or Replacement: 

  • If your return is approved, you may choose between a refund or a replacement for the defective item. Items will be replaced for the same size, same color, same style as the defective item. No exceptions.  
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 
  • Replacements will be sent out as soon as possible, subject to product availability. 

Shipping Costs: 

  • We will cover the return shipping costs for items with manufacturing or printing defects as outlined in this policy.  
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns for reasons other than manufacturing or printing defects. 

Final Notes: 

  • Please ensure that all returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
